2. Data we collect

When you complete the assessment form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number or WhatsApp, country or state, company size, primary technology concern, and any message you send us. We also collect basic technical browsing data (such as browser type and pages visited) to measure how the site is used.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to contact you, schedule and conduct the assessment, prepare proposals, and follow up on business opportunities. We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Who we share your data with

We share your data with providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting provider, email provider, customer relationship management (CRM) system, and automation tools. These providers process data only to provide those services to us. We also share data with technical specialists who work with us on your project under confidentiality agreements.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as we have a business relationship or for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, updating, or deletion of your data, or object to our use of it, by emailing hello@yokupo.com. We respond within a maximum of 10 business days. For individuals in Costa Rica, Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Their Personal Data applies.

7. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, such as two-step verification and access controls, to protect your information.
